Visit one our member service counters (our in-store post offices) and request your dividend in cash.

Please note: our member service counters get very busy in the first few days following the AMM. So please be patient with our colleagues who are trying their best to help everybody.

Make sure you have your ID
Make sure you have your ID

We ask for ID and proof of address so that we can ensure we're speaking with the correct person when dealing with your account.

For ID please bring any of the following: current valid passport, current valid driving licence (if it contains your photograph), current national identity card, birth certificate (if supported by other evidence of identity) or a current identity card issued by the armed forces.

For proof of address please bring any of the following, dated within three months: an original utility bill, an original letter from the States of Guernsey or Jersey, current valid driving licence (if it contains your address) or an original bank or credit card letter or statement.

Please note: When the account is joint, we require both holders to have provided these documents as well as completed a consignment mandate (either to sign form) if you wish to withdraw funds without the other holder being present.

Requesting your dividend by cheque

Although we prefer to meet you face-to-face, we know that this is not always possible for everyone. Therefore, you can request your dividend by cheque.

After the AMM, you can request the value of last year's dividend by cheque (this won't include any dividend from previous years) in the Your Dividend section of our Member Portal. If you don’t already have access, you can register by clicking here.

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your cheque from the day you request it.

Failure to have a valid membership and produce essential ID documents may result in your dividend being withheld.
